 FLY MODEL  GOMIX'S  OPEN CONTEST
Fly Model Gomix is the publishing company with 25 years of history and experience  in paper modeling. 
In effort to show appreciation  for  high level of work of fellow modelers, their great passion for modeling and to create a shared commitment to create the modeling environment ,announces
                          OPEN CONTEST FOR
                CARDBOARD/ PAPER MODEL PROJECT .
The aim of the competition is to involve the winners of the best projects to ongoing cooperation with the publisher FLY MODEL Gomix. 
At the same time  the Publisher guarantees editing  distinguished design work in the form of cardboard models. Authors- winners will be granted an exclusive memberships of The League of  Model Designer Champions. 
This is a one -step competition , in which the participants shall submit contest entries that meet the assumptions of the Organizer specified in the Competition Rules. 
The Competition provides for the following awards: 
1st Prize-winners in each category will receive prizes in the form of great albums monographs relating to the history, technology, model railroading. 2. The authors of winning  projects will be invited to negotiate a contract pursuant to agree on fees for projects intended to be issued in the Publishing FLY MODEL. Negotiations will also affect ongoing cooperation agreements with FLY MODEL Gomix. 
3. The winners of the competition will receive, during the period of cooperation with the publishing house , copies of models issued by FLY MODEL. 
4. Authors Winners will be promoted by FLY MODEL Gomix in the League of Model Designer Champions.
FLY MODEL GOMIX'S CONTEST RULES
 General
 I. The competition is aimed at  designers  with achievements in design, whose projects are characterized by high qualities and are highly rated in the modelers' environment .
II. Contestants should deliver the model designs in the form specified by the Organizer. Submission of a project that meets the conditions of participation, as defined in these Regulations, is acceptance by the participant the rules of the competition and at the same time allowing the participant to the competition by the organizer. 
III. Project work may include the following topics:
 - airplanes and helicopters;
 - Tanks, armor, military vehicles;
 - Passenger cars, trucks, cars, historical (1932);
 - Buildings, architectural objects; 
- Ships, vessels; 
- Sailboats.
IV. Competition projects must be studies by copyright, not previously published in the form of a cardboard model in any publication. The transfer of the project to the Competition is treated as a concurrent statement that the project does not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular, does not affect the property and moral rights. Develop a notification to the Competition Participant does not deprive the copyright holder of the submitted work. 
V. Submitted contest entries must include:
 - the design part of the model (distribution of elements in the 2D model, part of frames, parts oklejek model, etc.). 
- Graphical descriptive part, assembly drawings, assembly drawings made in axonometric; 
- Verbal description of the construction of the model;
 - Photo of a built model.
 Entry should be made to the email address of the Organizer in electronic form (read only). Work submitted in parts will not be allowed to contest.
VI. Topics of works submitted to the Contest can not be made public before the announcement of the results of the contest. Competition sent works can be signed by the author name and surname or certain special identifier, constant throughout the whole contest. The organizer does not specify the maximum number of works submitted by one participant. 
VII. The date of announcement of the Rules of the competition is the date of commencement of the Competition. The deadline for submitting entries expires on 31.05.2015 year. Announcement of the Competition will take place on 06.20.2015 in the form of e-mail statement by the organizer.Winners of the competition will be further individually informed of the results by the organizer .The evaluation of entries is final and not subject to appeal.
Technical conditions of the Contest 
VIII. Competition entries must be submitted in the form of publications drawing deployed in the field of size 280 x 400 mm. 
IX. Number of pages of the projects is not limited. 
X. The designs should be prepared thematically in the following scales:
 - planes and helicopters - scale 1:33; 
- Tanks, armor, military vehicles - 1:25 
- Trucks - 1:25 
- Cars, historical (1932) - 1:15;
 - Buildings, architectural objects - unspecified scale; 
- Ships, - 1: 200; 
- Submarines - 1: 100; 
- Sailing - 1: 100. 
XI. Assembly drawings, demonstrative, throws and views of the main must be submitted on separate pages of the project. Templates to execute part of the materials specified by the designer should be presented in a scale of 1: 1.
 XII. The project documentation, project descriptions, descriptions of the construction can be written in Polish, Russian or in English.
